• A teacher and school portal for assigned practice and marking
• Progress tracking and spaced review

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Some services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to applicable law and app-store rules. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use AI tools to generate academic submissions fraudulently
• Harass or abuse other users or staff

YNova is designed to support learning and practice, not to complete academic work on your behalf. You agree to:

• Use our IELTS Coach for practice and learning only
• Follow your institution's academic integrity policies
• Not submit AI-generated content as your own work
• Use our services ethically and responsibly

7. Intellectual Property

All content on YNova, including curriculum, software, logos, and materials, is owned by YNova or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on our platform. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

YNova services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific test scores or academic outcomes
• Admission to any educational institution
• Immigration or visa approval
• Uninterrupted access to services

10. Practice Scores Are Not Official Results

Band scores, estimates and feedback shown in YNova are practice estimates produced for learning purposes. They are not official IELTS results and do not predict or guarantee any result in an official test.

IELTS is a registered trademark of its owners. YNova is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, IDP, the British Council or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting on our website or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
